Design and Development of MQ Metal Job Management

Description : This desktop application serves as a multi purpose platform for the management of different issues related to job quotes. The application helps to organize the customer as well as employees data in the system. The information regarding the jobs and the employees can be saved in the system for a later retrieval. The desktop application contains sub-systems like calendar management system, customer management system. Events and appointments can be added in the system. Calendar can be viewed by specifying the starting and ending dates. Job quotes can be added by providing the quotation and the address of the job. Search facility in each of the modules helps the user to find the right piece of information at any time. Printing out the saved information is another feature of this application. Reports can be viewed for each client against the company. Complete details of the job quote; invoices along with the time management for the jobs can are displayed and can be updated in the system. Email settings can be changed.
